Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, Don't worry We have 30 days Return policy. please follow these guidelines:

  1. Return Process:
    Email our customer service team at support@Aquascapeeco.com. In your message, please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Period:
    You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we will no longer accept returns. 

  3. Return Approval:
    Our customer service team will review your return request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

  4. Shipping fees for Return:
    You will be responsible for the shipping fees for Return items.

Item Condition for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • They must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Items with stains, bent cards, broken stamps, or torn plastic sheets will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been personalized.
  • Items purchased through retailers.
  • Incorrect products purchased.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by customers.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Aquascape Eco reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at support@Aquascapeeco.com to initiate the return process. Include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Photo or video of the product (if applicable)
  • Complete shipping address
  • Telephone number

Processing Time for Returns

Returns may take up to 7 working days to process from the day we receive your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

  • For returned items, a full refund will be issued for the goods returned.
  • For non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping and handling costs.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange them for the same item, please email us to discuss the exchange procedure.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you have questions about when the credit will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account.
